Rainbows & Unicorns Baby Shower
Unapologetically colorful and fruity, this baby shower featured a definitive rainbow theme... the decor was rainbows, the food was rainbows... and there were unicorn elements wherever possible. Cover design and feature layout for Orlando Magazine's chocolate issue. The cover design was created in Illustrator then handed over to the folks at Peterbrooke Chocolatier Winter Park. They ordered a chocolate mold and hand painted the details. We photographed it and then composited multiple molds in Photoshop and cleaned it up. Won a Design Excellence Silver Award for Best Feature Design at the 2014 Florida Magazine Association Charlie Awards.
Domtar Sustainability Campaign
Three piece print campaign for Domtar EarthChoice Paper. Includes 2 double-sided, tear-out print ads and one large format poster. The objective was to find an printed advertisement and recreate it. The original ad for Domtar EarthChoice Paper featured a young boy holding a paper airplane — I decided to take that one step further by creating a more interactive ad campaign. These ads are designed to be perforated tear-outs from a design magazine, like Print or HOW, and the folded along the dotted lines to the shape of a paper airplane. Additionally, I created a poster to promote the campaign as well; the poster won a 2009 Local Silver STUDENT ADDY Award.
